Basic List of Requirements

Certified true copy of TCT (transfer certificate of title)
Updated RETR and tax declarations of the property to be used as collateral
Vicinity map and latest picture of the house
Proof of income of the borrower
Land title should be under the borrower's name
Latest tax identification number (TIN)

1.5 %- 1.75 % add on per month

30% of appraised value or 2M maximum

5.5% + Php 150.00 (Metro Manila Titles)
